The first two tiers are pages that describe your business. This one is for a site that runs part of it: taking bookings, selling products, showing live inventory, giving customers a login. That's software, and it has to keep working when nobody's watching, which is why it's quoted per project and hosted on something built to carry it. We work out the scope together before I put a number on it.
